How much is delivery and when will I receive my order?

Delivery to most of the UK is currently charged at £3.95 + VAT per order and orders are delivered within 1-2 working days by our courier DPD . Please note it is not possible to leave the goods without a signature. If you would like the goods leaving with a neighbour or somewhere outside your premises you must leave a signed note on the outside of your door marked for the attention of the DPD driver. He/She will then leave the goods as per your instructions and take away the note as confirmation of your receipt of goods. However, please note neither DPD or Crazy Toners will accept liability for any goods which are then lost or damaged as a result of your instructions to leave the goods. Therefore we would suggest you only do so as a last resort.

Delivery to off-shore UK postal addresses is currently charged as follows:-

Orders received after 5pm Monday to Friday may not be processed until the following working day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays will also not be processed until the following working day.

Please note we do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Sorry but we are currently unable to deliver outside the UK or to freight forwarding companies.

How can I track my order?

Orders are normally dispatched using DPD and can therefore be fully tracked using their website order tracking facility. There are two ways in which you can track your order as follows:-
1) Check your e-mail inbox for an e-mail from Crazy Toners with the subject Order Completed: CTXXXXX. This e-mail will contain your unique tracking number and a link that when clicked on will open your internet browser and display the order tracking information from DPD's website.

2) Click here and if prompted sign in with your e-mail address and password. This will display your Personal Information, Click the Order Information link and you will be presented with a list of all orders you have placed with us in the last 12 months. Click on the order number you wish to track. Then click the tracking number and this will display the order tracking information from DPD's website.

Can we collect from you?

Sorry but we are an internet only business and do not operate from a bricks and mortar shop and therefore it is not possible to collect from us. The address shown on our website is for administration purposes only and no stock is held at this address.
